Christmas Eve Edition: Staying the Course & A Peek into 2026

Merry Christmas Eve to our incredible community of affiliates!

As we gather with family and friends to celebrate, I’ve been reflecting on the journey we’ve taken together since April 2024. 

While the year isn’t quite over—meaning the “Top 3 High Earners” leaderboard is still active and up for grabs—I wanted to take a moment to share the biggest lessons we’ve learned from our most successful affiliates this year.

The Three Pillars of the “High Performer” Affiliate

Watching 600+ of you integrate translations into your notary and apostille businesses has revealed a clear pattern for success. 

The affiliates who are seeing consistent $100, $500, and $1,000+ commission months aren’t doing anything “magic”; they are simply following these three lessons:

  1. Consistency Over Intensity: The top earners didn’t just post their link once and wait. They consistently mention translation services in their email signatures, on their GMB profiles, and during their mobile notary appointments. It’s about being there every time a client has a need.
  2. Staying the Course: Building a “one-stop shop” takes a moment for the market to realize you offer more than just a stamp. The affiliates who “stayed the course” through the first few quiet weeks are now the ones reaping the rewards of repeat business and referrals.
  3. The Power of the Question: Our most successful members are the ones who aren’t afraid to ask “Why?” or “How?”. Whether it’s asking us a technical question about a “sworn translation” or asking their client, “Where are these documents headed? You might need a certified translation,” curiosity is the ultimate sales tool.
