Automate Your Expertise: How to Educate Clients with AI and Video

Hello Affiliates,

As we continue our “Back to Basics” series, we want to build on last week’s discussion about the importance of being “findable”.

We covered how a strong Google My Business profile and a healthy website are key to attracting clients, no matter what service or product you offer.

Once people know you exist, the next step is to educate them about what you do.

You can talk to them on the phone, meet in person, or send a detailed email.

All of these are great, but they are also labor-intensive and repetitive.

A good salesperson identifies a problem, addresses the client’s “pain points,” and provides a solution.

It’s trendy to say a business has “systems,” but in reality, that’s a fancy way of saying information is packaged and managed in an automated way that removes the manual component.

Why not do the same with your marketing?

How many of you didn’t fully understand what a translation was when you first joined our community?

Through your commitment to continuing education, you are learning and developing into experts.

What if you could distill that knowledge into an easily-digestible package for your clients, such as a video?

A well-made video can address 95% of a client’s questions, leaving the next logical step to be buying from you.

Many of you might think you’re not tech-savvy or don’t have the budget for this. No need to worry.

Let’s check out a cool new tool called Google NotebookLM.

NotebookLM is a free AI-powered tool that can take any information—from a blog post to a document—and summarize it, generate audio, mind maps, and even video overviews.

For example, three weeks ago, we discussed offering Spanish immigration services as a high-ticket item.

From our dedicated website, ExpressNIE.com, we wrote a blog post about moving to Mallorca, an island in Spain.

Then what?

We took that blog post, generated a video overview with NotebookLM, and did a little bit of editing on Canva to make it look a bit prettier (I highly recommend this Canva tutorial).

In the end, came up with this.

All in about 30 minutes.

Keep in mind, this was done with my extremely mediocre aesthetic eye and video editing skills.

The takeaway is simple: you now have the tools to create free, informative, and educational videos about your services for your clientele.

Through education, you create trust. Through trust, you create sales.
