2. How do I give a client a price without waiting for an email?
The Instant Quote tool is your best friend. Instead of “waiting for a quote,” you can give your client a firm price and timeline in seconds by simply entering the language pair and page count. It removes the friction that kills most deals.

3. What is the embeddable form and how does it help?

4. How do I “bundle” this with my notary/apostille work?
Don’t wait for them to ask. When a client calls for an apostille, simply ask: “Will the receiving country require a certified translation of these documents?” Often, they haven’t even thought of it yet. By bundling it, you save them a headache and secure a commission.
5. Is the quality high enough for legal or immigration use?
