Whenever we deliver a completed translation package to you, we merge three key elements into a single PDF: the certification cover sheet containing your notary block, the completed translation, and the original source document.
Originally, our team relied on fragmented, third-party PDF utilities to handle this.
Manually generating customized cover sheets, resizing mismatched pages, rotating landscape files, downloading documents, and running them through separate merger programs consumed an inordinate amount of time—time we knew could be better spent serving you.
We decided to build our own internal tool to automate the prep work.
Then, we decided to take it a step further: What if we added dynamic traceability?
After diving deep into cryptography and digital security ledgers, our blockchain verification feature was born.
A tool originally created simply to reorder, rotate, and merge files transformed into something far more powerful: CertVerify.app.
